The Word

Luke 12:22-26New American Standard Bible (NASB)

22 And He said to His disciples, “For this reason I say to you, [a]do not worry about your [b]life, as to what you will eat; nor for your body, as to what you will put on. 23 For life is more than food, and the body more than clothing. 24 Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap; they have no storeroom nor barn, and yet God feeds them; how much more valuable you are than the birds! 25 And which of you by worrying can add a single [c]hour to his [d]life’s span? 26 If then you cannot do even a very little thing, why do you worry about other matters?

Ephesians 3:20-21New American Standard Bible (NASB)

20 Now to Him who is able to do far more abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, 21 to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations [a]forever and ever. Amen.

 The Message

After reading these two verses we see that God does not want us to  worry and have anxiety. When we do this then we are envisioning a life without Christ. If the scripture is real and faithful then the word tells us he will never leave nor forsake us. When our thought are turned towards God then our thinking is clearer  and more positive. We need to listen to the still small voice of God speaking to us, but recognize he wants to dialogue with his children every day, just as a parent on earth wants to speak with their child.  If we can ever get to where we can put God into every situation and imagine him in every thought then we would live a life according to the word of God and have JOY IN ABUNDANCE .  We must remember we are not in control--Jesus is.  Allowing God to take over our minds is not easy, but it can be done as long as we work on placing  our minds on the things of God. His presence outshine any darkness that attempts to come into our lives. He offers total care for those that call upon his name he offers a greater fantasy than we could ever come up with in our natural minds. May God become the focal point of your life and every situation you are faced with! May God relieve you of your anxiety and worry by casting all of them upon the one who can bring you rest! ( JESUS )

 God Bless you!
